I go to the local web page for it and when I check the stats there is never any information there. Looks to me like the tarpit database has never added an IP address where I know that there are IP addresses that should be added. I'm wondering where to look to troubleshoot this?
I've been trying to go through the instructions, but that hasn't been very fruitful obviously.
