Oog. All I can suggest is: * Use available utils (sdparm, smartctl etc.) to check for logged errors or wierdness. See: http://hwraid.le-vert.net/wiki/LSIFusionMPT * Take down the server and check SAS connections at hotswap bay and inside the case. The http://hwraid.le-vert.net site is my go-to resource for HW RAID stuff.
