Are these publicly viewable websites? Why not share the URLs?

First Questions to Answer:
Do www.website.info and website.info resolve to the same IP?

Are you using virutal hosts?  Is one of these falling through to the default 
site 
because it doesn't match ServerName or ServerAlias definitions?
