Thanks for the tip on Arch! I tried it a few years back and I couldn't get it to boot on my IBM T60. I was a bit disappointed as it seemed to be a potentially great distro. It's also now listed in the top 10 distros on distrowatch.com and has gotten some very good reviews as well. It's on the list of distros to try out. If anyone who regularly attends the PLUG Sunday Linux Clinics is reading this thread, I'd be curious to know how many people are showing up with netbooks and asking about some of the more obscure distros like Arch.
