Fedora 14, Firefox 3.6.17, on a 64-bit, dual-core Athlon system.

All the links worked fine for me.  I'm rather at a loss to
understand what might be wrong.  The only thing I can think of
would be some obscure configuration setting.  I've no idea what,
though.  I suppose you could try moving your profile someplace
where Firefox won't see it.  Firefox should generate a new one, I
think.  Don't delete the old one, just in case I'm worng!  :-)  I
guess something could have gotten corrupted, somehow.  If all
else fails, try re-installing it ("yum reinstall firefox").
