Does it have to be local, rather than Internet?

If so: +1 for ENU and Fry's; but... your best bet is to check all the Sunday
ads (or Friday, in the case of Fry's)... and see who has the one YOU deem to
be the best deal (based on your needs, your budget, your brand and
performance preferences, and your location). Also... most of those places
will match an ad price from their competitors (helps with the location).

However... I saw an ad for CompUSA.com a couple of days ago... NEW Seagate
Barracuda (5900 RPM variety) for $29 (after rebate)... but I just checked
and they are now sold out.
