Yeah, I've fixed two displays like that which had been thrown away by
others.  If I didn't now have a substantial surplus as a result, I'd
ask for yours too! ;-) The capacitors cost about a dollar.  Much
cheaper than a new monitor.  Whatever you do John, don't throw it away.
Someone can (try to) fix/use it even if you don't want to.
