Keith, I've been buying refilled cartridges for my LJ 5 from Cartridge World for years. They sell the higher capacity version and I've had absolutely no issues or problems with them. Cheap? Shrug. But, they re-furbish the cartridges before filling them so I always bring them my empties. There's no core charge, but they do use genuine HP cartridge cases and parts.
