I've used Aracnet since '99.  USWest required an outside ISP for DSL 
connections at the time I connected.  Then QWest came along acquiring 
USWest.   I did not use the web hosting they provided, but had to pay 
for it anyway.  Now CenturyLink is offering DSL.  I stayed with 
Aracnet.  Sometime between then and now Spiritone acquired Aracnet.  The 
internet evolves.

Last year I tried Clearwire.  That did not work our when the leaves came 
out on the trees, I lost signal.  I went back to Qwest and got a better 
modem and connection.  But I stayed with Aracnet (Spiritone).  Nice to 
keep the same email address for all this time.  Spiritone has an 
excellent SPAM filter.
