On my laptop: Ping = 34 ms Download Speed = 1.17 Mbps Upload Speed = 3.69 Mbps Several minutes later on my desktop machine: Ping = 21 ms Download Speed = 0.23 Mbps Upload Speed = 3.68 Mbps > Do you have a both computers connected to same point?
