For mailing lists: * Mailman (or some other suitable MLM) and everything that goes along with that--MTA, spam/AV-scanning, etc. * Archives are currently only about 1.4GiB For web site: * Current site is running in a local build of Apache 1.3, for mod_perl & HTML::Mason; there is a Python MoinMoin wiki up too. There are some plans for re-doing the site; I am not sure what the intention is. * Shell access for a handful of people to do edits. (They might be amenable to something like source-control repo with an automatic check-out.) For DNS: * Authoritative name server and some sort of secondary. There are other no-cost hosting options that are potentially viable, depending on the technologies that are desired for the future. For example, lists/forums could be done with Nabble and a wiki could be done with Wikia and any one of several blog services could be used for on-going announcements and such. I've recently discovered that gandi.net includes DNS hosting as part of their standard $15/yr registration package, so it's conceivable that the whole thing could be outsourced to various SaaS providers.
