True enough (that's generally my approach), though you'll likely also 
spend time managing cookie permissions and trying to figure out why 
sites mysteriously seem "broken". At least that's my experience. Many 
sites seem to assume that you've enabled cookies and don't bother to 
test and warn the user that cookies are required for feature X or form Y 
to function properly.
