As Fred J. points out, there are both non-registered and registered
versions of ECC RAM.  Registered ECC RAM is almost always found in
servers, but plain ECC RAM is sometimes supported by consumer-grade
motherboards.

Anyway, as soon as I saw the 3200*R* in Bill's request, I knew I
didn't have what he needed.
