Just before leaving for Seattle the other day my Ubunto desktop system said there were updates. So I told it to download and install and promptly forgot I had done so until I got home tonight. It was asking to reboot to finish the updates. Well it is dead now with a
[0,665225] Kernel Panic - not syncing: VFS Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0) Is this fixable or will I need to scrap and reload?
