This seems to be a fad with telcos. Frontier Communications (who bought Verizon's land-line business) changes my IP address almost every night. Last night, 21 times, but I've seen as many as 38 changes between 11:00pm and 6:30am the following morning. Makes absolutely no sense to me. My solution probably won't work for you.
