At the risk of insulting you, is there a volume button on the
headphones? (Mine have buttons for volume and track.) Do you have any
other bluetooth devices that work with the headphones, i.e., a cell
phone? Also, there are other tabs in the Sound Preferences dialog box;
I assume you have poked at all the possibilities. In my experience some
of the labels on the buttons are not very intuitive.

I wish I was there with my bluetooth headphones.
