Roughly 18 Personal Telco nodes have ipv6 connectivity now, the rest
are coming soon. We have a Hurricane Electric tunnel with a /48 that
we are parsing up for nodes, each node gets a /64. Works fine. I
routinely connect over ipv6.

Hurrican Electric tunnels are super easy to set up. Just realize that
wasting gigantic swaths of ipv6 space is *NORMAL*. It takes some
getting used to. Your tunnel uses 2 addresses out of a possible 2^64.
You aren't expected to use any more of those. Just ask for a /48 and
use one of the /64's out of that for your LAN.

My understanding with Comcast is that they had a trial, but the trial
is currently closed. That may be out-of-date.
