Better late than never... Did you get this fixed? Whats the CPU? There is an odd flash bug floating around at the moment. Adobe started using the SSE2 complier flag. only not all chipsets* support the SSE2 instruction set. See: https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3161034 The version of Flash shipped with Chrome is compiled without this and works fine. Its possible to extract the plugin from a package, rename and move it into the appropriate directory and Firefox will use it without problems. * Intel Pentium III Coppermine Intel Pentium III Tualatin Intel Celeron Mendocino Intel Celeron Coppermine-128 Intel Celeron Tualatin-256 Intel Pentium M AMD Athlon XP HTH Paul -- Technical Support Co-ordinator, Free Geek Free Geek Tech Support: [email protected] (503) 232-9350 option 6 Tuesday-Saturday: 12-6 PM _______________________________________________ PLUG mailing list [email protected] http://lists.pdxlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
