I tried for quite some time to actually take the RHCSA exam in Seattle
and had it cancelled three times for low enrollment. Major bummer...
Finally flew to San Francisco to take it as "guaranteed to run" exam.

I found that the exam objectives do in fact cover exactly what you
need to be able to do. If you're comfortable with doing those things,
you're in pretty good shape:

During the exam you have access to any resources normally installed,
so knowing where to find documentation (man pages, READMEs, etc) can
be helpful.
