Integra Telecom hosts one of our Personal Telco boxes. That all
happened before I got involved, so I'm not sure who you would talk to
about it. There is a colo out near OGI (where Integra came from)
where there is a "community" rack (or that's what it was once
called).

Our other box is hosted by Stephouse Networks. I can't speak for them
and their willingness or physical capacity to host PLUG, but they were
very nice to PTP (clearly, because we are awesome). Stephouse is in
the Pittock Building. Particularly topical since I was just there
fixing a boot problem (supergrub CD, yay!) after a RAID1 disk
failure.

Stephouse is very Portland-y.
