Excellent comments, thanks for a thoughtful reply. Since my wife and I will be touch-typing lots of text on a "screen keyboard", we will probably need 10 inch screens, but those are also pretty cheap. The main thing is to avoid spending weeks of time finding out we can't quite get all the necessary tasks done.
