<snicker> I'm recalling some of  my spectacular disasters 
due to ONE incorrect punctuation character in a macro.

As to TL:DR, that's a misdiagnoses the problem. The root 
would have been a poorly constructed document or a 
lazy/sloppy reader. (See _How to Read A Book_,  Mortimer 
Adler et. al. , caution ~600 pages IIRC)

A. I don't sweat "security" unless I have a system that can 
be effectively turned on.
B. Effective security is a lot more than how a password is 
stored.
