Would PLUG, or any PLUG member be interested in a DaLite 50" lenticular
projection screen which is built with a tripod stand? Circa 1980 +/- a
couple of years, but not used for probably 10 or more years.

Some of you younger folks may not have seen these in use, but many of us
will remember Dad taking lots of photographs with a camera that used a
roll of film coated with light sensitive chemicals to record the picture
instead of SD cards. Then, once the film had gone through a process they
called development, where the chemicals on the film had been treated so
that they were no longer sensitive to changes in light, and the film had
been cut into individual images and mounted in cardboard holders, Dad
would haul out a device called a slide projector, which is similar in
function to a video projector. He'd also haul out one of these
projection screens and set it up across the room from the slide
projector. Then the family would be subject to an evening of reliving
the vacation with photos that often had thumbs in the frame, and other
fun stuff which may or may not still be happening.

Anyway, I have a screen, but do not foresee ever getting a video
projector. The slide projector went to Goodwill several weeks ago. For
whatever reason, the screen was not with the projector at that time. So,
before the screen rejoins the projector, I want to offer it to the good
of the order, or to one of the orderlies.

I'll be at the Clinic this Sunday and will have it in the car, should
anyone want to take advantage of this one time offer.

By the way, the expected donation for this excellent screen is $0.
