I've enjoyed opusnet.com;
they are Linux-frindly (or at least "platform transparent")
and they have a physical office in Portland, so if anything extreme happens, a 
face-time meeting with real people, or an in-person demo of hardware gone wrong 
is at least a possibility.
And their rates are modest.

perfect, but they are a lot smaller than comcast.
