Hi I am having printer problems.
Printer was out of ink.. Replaced cartridge. Printer did not print. Replaced bad cartridge Printer complained empty cartridge and wouldn't print. Put in anther new cartridge. Printer won't print.. Model HP OfficeJet 4620.. Had been working fine. I use second source ink cartridges. Any ideas on what I am overlooking? I rebooted the printer.. The ink level indicator says it is full of ink.. The test page prints the color things at the top but no text.
