I am interested too. I have a T60p whose fan is getting creaky. I
ordered a replacement, but it showed up with not enough heatsink pads
on the heatpipe. So, I put a drop of oil on the motor spindle and the
problem went away for 6 months. However, it has been acting up again
recently, getting all rattlely, and a replacement wouldn't be
completely out of order.
