I paid less than $10 for it and it's not worth shipping back to Newegg. It's an ORICO PCI-Express (1 or 16) card that will add four USB 3.0 ports on the back of a desktop computer. It's for an older system that does not have USB 3.0. It requires a Molex connector for power (the big four-pin plugs that are about one inch wide).
