I finally bought a new laptop. This is a Sager resold by Linux reseller
System76. It is scheduled to arrive in time for the December 15 Clinic,
where it will get baptized with Xubuntu 12.04.3 Desktop. I told them
not to bother installing Ubuntu 13.10, but if they do I will just wipe
it out and replace it with Xubuntu.

I ordered it with a caddy to place a hard drive in the optical drive
bay. I have a similar accessory for my current Thinkpad T61 with a 500
GB drive currently installed in it. This will function as the medium to
transfer everything important from the Thinkpad to the Bonobo.
