   Hokay, all fixed and working now after an hour on the phone with one of
the developers in Indonesia (the other's in The Netherlands).

   Turns out there were three things to fix:

   1) Not all required perl modules were installed. (I find that the upgrade
        'all' syntax doesn't.)

   2) A couple of reqired modules in /etc/httpd.conf needed to be
        uncommented.

   3) There is an application-specific .conf that needed modification and
        inclusion in httpd.conf instead of the one I used.
