My testing this morning points to the problem being with the
/usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/logwatch.conf file.

   1) From the command line: </usr/share/logwatch/scripts/logwatch.pl | mailx
-s "Logwatch" [email protected]> sends the report to my mailbox.

   2) From the command line: </etc/cron.daily/0logwatch | mailx -s "Logwatch"
[email protected]> sends the report to my mailbox.

   Editing /usr/share/logwatch/default.conf/logwatch.conf to change 'MailTo
= root' to 'MailTo = [email protected]' sends the report to the
virtual terminal, not my mailbox.

This is very strange. Time to subscribe to the mail list since the
Web-based forum has no responses.
