Are there other caches in the path?
I've just read this thread and it reminds me of a recurring
intermittent problem I have accessing local {Springfield, MO}
NOAA temperature data. In the middle of the URL is the number of
hours. The website has links for 2 and 7 days. They sometimes
appear not to update. But if you tweak the number of hours, the
latest data is always there.
