Off topic, but since information loss is part of the discussion, I thought I would mention an archive site I stumbled onto a while back. I don't think it's ever been mentioned on the list. They have manuals for *many* old computers and peripherals. If you're looking to resurrect something old, say that 9-track tape drive in your basement, this is a good place to look.
