I don't think PLUG has a second-Tuesday meeting? My understanding from their website, and from Calagator, is that they have meetings on the 1st Thursday, and the 3rd Tuesday, and generally nothing ongoing during the second week of the month. Also, I think I was wrong about it being Thursdays I prefer: I think it was actually the Tuesday ones I was thinking of, the ones at Free Geek.
