When I look at the Mailman configuration pages I do not see how to make a public list visible to folks who want to subscribe. When I point my browser at http://www.appl-ecosys.com/mailman/listinfo/ I'm told there are no publicly-visible mail lists. When I add the name of one maillist to the end of that URL I'm told there is no such list.
