   An inelegant, two-step solution:

ctrl-alt-% ,[A-Za-z] RET ,'\& RET

   This adds an additional comma so instead of having ','A there si ',',A. A
regular find-and-replace removes the superfluous comma.

   Still very interested in learning how to do this in one step.
