Folks, I was just looking at my usage and found that something has pulled 4+G of data down somewhere on my network. I have 4G of data left before I hit the stinking cap on HughesSuckNet, I am trying to figure out what did it. I have all of the auto-update stuff turned off as far as I know on all of my devices, but something has pulled down that 4+g today.
I am trying to figure out who or what did it as I can not afford to have that happen too often until I get rid of this junk satellite service. This took place today, my is all accounted for, and the neighbors are too far off and there is too much vegetation so it has to be something in the house, but I can not figure out for the life of me what it would be. I am using a Netgear WNDR 3700 V2 with DD-WRT on it. I am trying to figure out what the vampire is, as we were not home most of the day. Something did some sort of update or some other thng has happened. I would like to set up something so I can see what each device is pulling. -- Chuck Hast -- KP4DJT -- Glass, five thousand years of history and getting better.
