I did not RTFM carefully enough, so I just created the vault, added the ...dirvish/default.conf and tried to run dirvish-runall. The existing stuff ran fine, but the new one did not. I then studied the FM and used: household@R2D5:~$ sudo dirvish --vault R2D5-VboxVMs --init [sudo] password for household: dirvish R2D5-VboxVMs:default error (23) -- partial transfer dirvish error: branch /mnt/backup/dirvish-bank/R2D5-VboxVMs:default image 2015-09-02-Wed-17:36:14 failed It appears that the image 2015-09-02-Wed-17:36:14 is unreadable. When I used the GUI to look at the properties of the image a window popped up: "There was an error while getting the sharing information 'net usershare' returned error 255:net usershare:cannot open usershare directory /var/lib/samba/usershare. Error No such file or directory Please ask your system administrator to enable user sharing." Anybody offer suggestions?
