I use Proxmox (Debian based) with ZFS at home, upgraded from RAID-5 mdadm/lvm to RAID-10 ZFS (on 6x4TB drives). So far it's blisteringly fast, and the built-in compression, and custom mount points/nfs shares is pretty slick, even though root clobbering is big problem for me.
