Rich,
I think I am getting a better handle on what is going on. What I need to do
is
to move some assignments around, most of the important ones are where
the should be, characters like the Ñ and others, I have some keys that the
characters on the key face are inverted, so I will have to flip them, but I
can
see where that can be done. Looks like once done I can then save the file
and
pass it on for others to use.

As usual this list has provided a lot of input and given me a lot of paths
to go
down, using that data and Google, I now have a pretty clear picture of what
I need to do, kind of messy but if it was not it would not be fun. And in
the end
my wife will have a computer that actually maps to what they keys say the
do.
