Spending time with `journalctl -r -a -o verbose` to get a deep view of
the logging revealed the lda (local delivery agent) process of dovecot
was actually run by and logged under the postfix service.
Therefore to see the messages of interest one can:
`journalctl -a -f -u dovecot -u postfix`
in a broader context you can specify as many -u arguments as you'd like
to view interrelated logs.
