For my home server, I use DNS Made Easy's outbound SMTP auth service,
and for our business we use JunkEmailFilter.com for inbound and outbound

http://www.junkemailfilter.com/spam/filter_outgoing_email.html (I also
use their free inbound secondary MX service for my home server, in
conjunction with DNS Made Easy's outgoing SMTP).
