If your connection is configured for 15/5 you should probably call and talk to 
a customer service rep. Unless you've got some special deal for that speed 
you're probably over-paying and under-provisioned.

A while back their slowest Fios service offering was 25/x, and these days the 
slowest that I see on their website is 50/50. Hopefully you would get them to 
upgrade you without any other changes to your contract.
