I'm considering installing a single US made, high-resolution, outdoor security camera that would cover the driveway, sidewalk, and street. I'd like it to send data (wifi perferred) to my server where the images would be stored on an external hard drive.
There are multiple web sites recommending a range of brands, models, and prices. Most seem to depend on a cloud storage (subscription?), alexa (i.e, sent Amazon the data), or a mobile phone (also likely needing a subscription). Advice, recommendations, experiences needed. Rich
