Unsubscribing from this list

How do I unsubscribe from this email list?

Better yet, this email list should be set up to automatically add at the
end of each message the URL to the page with instructions on how to
unsubscribe, subscribe, etc.  That way, nobody would ever need to post a
message like this one to the list again.
