Thank you, I understand the config files description - they do not give file locations - I tried bunch of places in /etc - systemctl start failed - I am not sure if the issue was not found configs or missing /etc/systemd/system/vncserver.service file.
Do you have vncserver.service file - what executable is it supposed to start, and dependencies?
