My wife has ESET malware protection on her Windows 7 machine.  This afternoon she got this message:

Suspected threat blocked because of duplicate IP addresses on network.

It gave an IP address that sounds familiar, and shows up in my Buffalo router, but only has a ? as a name. I vaguely remember 192.168.0.204, but can't remember what from. I've looked at all the devices I remember, but they all are called out in the list Buffalo shows.

Any hints as to how to track down what caused that error message?

Thanks.
