It's so easy it couldn't possibly be real. Of course we must choose the less effective solution, and reconvene 6 months from now to figure out why we are still dealing with the same problem.
Maybe it's because we're not all fortunate enough to be sysadmins, but make our living using compters as tools, a means to an end, rather than as an end in itself. Wanna' talk about quantifying ambient water quality as required by the Clean Water Act? Rich
