Anything Xfce and X.org creates in $HOME as a default will just get recreated if you remove/delete. Just because YOU don't sue a config does not mean the DE (Xfce or X) does not use it. If you insist: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/206594/why-cant-i-delete-this-file-as-root
