If you are going to go that route just look in a drawer for your old cell phone you upgraded last year. Buy an OTG cable and you can play all the mp3's on USB sticks you want, and stop during the playback all you want. No need for a carrier SIM in the phone. Plus Bluetooth so a cheap $20 pair of Bluetooth earbuds and you are in like Flynn
