Then why bother with RHEL just run Rocky?

At my work, we have FreeBSD, Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS and Rocky mixed in with
various Windows versions. (And OpenWRT for the embedded stuff but that's
not a server OS)

Never saw the reasoning for spending time on and of the licensed Unixes. In
fact one of the first things I did after getting hired was kill the service
contract for our one Oracle Sparc server and move what it was doing
elsewhere.

I haven't a clue. I'm using a license from work (all above board). But Rocky
Linux, and other RHEL rebuilds, have also released version 10 and I'd expect
the versioning to be the same for those distributions.
